If you’re having a craving for pumpkin pie, make this smoothie, there is less time and work involved and you don’t even have to chew!
Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
2 cups milk (coconut, almond, any kind)
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. Pumpkin Spice Blend
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1/4 cup raw honey
2 Tbsp. hemp hearts, optional
Place all ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth and creamy!
