Spring is for asparagus. This seasonal treat is now available in the produce aisles and if your lucky in your own backyard! I planted some asparagus last spring and this year I got two whole stalks. I’m going to be patient though, asparagus is a perennial so as the plant gets bigger so will my crop and I’m looking forward to fresh asparagus for years to come!
