Sweet Basil Carrots

These carrots are one of our family favorites. I remember having carrots every time I went to my Grandma’s house for Sunday dinner.

I remember my mom telling us how carrots would make our eyes sparkle if we ate them. Of, course we had to eat at least two because we have two eyes. Over time I learned to like carrots.

If your a carrot lover your definitely like this recipe. If your not all that into carrots give this recipe a try, it might change your mind.
