This Cup-O-Dan is both warming and there are many health benefits from each ingredient. See below the instructions for a sampling of the many health benefits from a Cup-O-Dan.

2 cups boiling water

1 Tbsp. coconut oil

1 Tbsp. ghee

1 Tbsp. raw cacao powder

1 Tbsp. collagen powder

1 Tbsp. Dandy Blend

1/41/2 tsp cinnamon

pinch cayenne, optional


Place all ingredients into a venting blender*

Blend until combined.

Pour into a mug and enjoy!


If you don’t have a venting blender or want to save time doing extra dishes you can add all ingredients to your mug and whisk until blended. We have a battery powered milk frother that does the job in seconds.
