Cranberry Vinaigrette

Cranberries are one of my favorite holiday recipe additions.
Toss them into your favorite wassail recipe, chop them up and add them to rice pilaf, salad or muffins, or use them to make delicious salad dressing!

Cranberry Vinaigrette

Ingredients

Scale

1/4. cup raw apple cider vinegar or prepared Cranberry Vinegar.

1 tsp. cinnamon, omit if using Cranberry Vinegar

1 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard

2 Tbsp. Pure Maple Syrup

3/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1/4 cup Fresh Cranberries

pinch of Sea Salt and Black Pepper, to taste

1 tsp. dry mustard

1/4 tsp. cinnamon, omit cinnamon if using Cranberry Vinegar

1 Tbsp. pure maple syrup

1/2 cup olive oil

2 Tbsp. fresh or frozen whole cranberries

Instructions

Combine all ingredients together in a blender.

Blend until smooth and creamy.
