I love making my own spice blends. I know exactly what the ingredients are and don’t need to worry about any added fillers, preservatives or chemicals. The Italian Spice Blend is a super versatile blend. I love to sprinkle it on steamed veggies, mix it up into Italian Dressing for salads or even use it as a rub for chicken or fish.

Ingredients
2 Tablespoon Dried Oregano
1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
1 Tablespoon Onion Powder
1 Tablespoon Dried Parsley
1 Teaspoon Sea Salt
1 Teaspoon Fresh Ground Black Pepper
1 Teaspoon Dried Basil
1/4 Teaspoon Dried Thyme
1/4 Teaspoon Celery Seed
1/4 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
Instructions
In a small bowl combine all ingredients together and store in an airtight glass jar.
Label the jar “Italian Blend” and include the date you mixed it. To Make Italian Dressing
In a blender, add 2 Tbsp. Italian Blend to ¼ cup raw apple cider vinegar, 2/3 cup olive oil, and 2 Tbsp. water.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
