Lemon Tart Smoothie

You put what in your smoothie? This amazing new addition to many of our smoothies still takes people by surprise…it’s cauliflower!
This is a great way to dump in nutrients without adding any weird new flavors to your favorite smoothie recipes.


Lemon Tart Smoothie

1 Lemon, juiced

1 Banana, frozen

1 cup Frozen Cauliflower

2 Tbsp. Coconut Butter

12 Tbsp. Collagen Peptides

1 1/2 cups Unsweetened Coconut Milk


Place all ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
