Fruit Dip

Usually it doesn’t take much convincing to get kids to eat fruit, but if you need something to add a little encouragement this fruit dip is the ticket.

This fruit dip is a little different from the sugar-packed version that often accompanies a fresh fruit platter. With the addition of chia seeds we add a great source of protein and essential fatty acids to help regulate the blood sugar.

Try this yummy dip with a variety of fruit like; apples, oranges, bananas, strawberries, pineapple, grapes, cantaloupe, etc. It is also yummy to use for fruit pizza or add a dollop to a bowl of fresh berries.
This recipes is easy enough for kids to make on their own.
