Cucumber Cilantro Salad

Ingredients

1 English Cucumber, Diced
2 Cup Cabbage, Chopped
2 Green Onions, Minced
1/2 Cup Cilantro, Chopped
2 Tablespoon Rice Vinegar
1 Tablespoon Raw Honey
2 Teaspoon Sesame Oil
2 Tablespoon Olive Oil
2 Teaspoon Braggs Liquid Aminos™
1/4 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
1/2 Cup Sliced Almonds
Instructions
In a serving bowl combine the prepared veggies and the chopped cilantro.
In a small bowl whisk together the rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, olive oil, Liquid Aminos and red pepper flakes.
Gently toss dressing into bowl with veggies. Add in sliced almonds right before serving.
