This fresh made juice is bursting with vitamins and minerals, healthy fiber and plant proteins. It’s a great way to start the morning, it will give you the boost you need if you’re feeling a little sluggish.
If you don’t have a juicer you can make this into a smoothie.. If you’d prefer to eliminate the fibers you can strain the pulp out with a fine mesh strainer.

Ingredients
1 apple
3 kale leaves
2 ribs of celery
1 large handful of spinach
½ of a cucumber
1/3 of a bunch of parsley
1 lemon
2 Tbsp. water or coconut water, optional
Instructions
Thoroughly wash all produce, trim off any decaying areas.
If your lemon is organic you can juice with the peel, if not carefully cut off the peel leaving as much of the pith (the white part) as possible.
Juice produce into a container that will hold about 3 cups.
Juice produce in the order listed. (The water gives your juicer a little rinse.)
Transfer juice into a pint-sized mason jar.
