Zesty Cilantro Salmon



Eight 46 oz. skinless wild caught salmon fillets

Sea Salt

3 Tbsp. coconut oil

½ tsp. paprika

1 tsp. pepper

½ tsp. ground cumin

3 garlic cloves, coarsely chopped

1 Tbsp. lemon zest

¼ cup fresh lemon juice

½ cup fresh cilantro


Rinse Salmon and pat dry with a paper towel. Rub with salt and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

In a blender or food processor, combine the coconut oil, paprika, pepper, cumin, garlic, lemon zest & juice and blend until smooth.

Brush about half of the mixture over the fillets.

Pre-heat the broiler. Place the fillets in the oven and broil for about 5 minutes. Brush on remaining mixture and broil until just opaque throughout (about 8-10 minutes total time).
