Sleepy Time Tonic



1 cup milk, unsweetened almond is my favorite

13 tsp. raw honey

1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg


In a sauce pan over medium low heat warm up the milk until it begins to steam.

Remove from heat and stir in the raw honey.

Sprinkle in the nutmeg and stir until it is combined.

Cool if needed until it is a nice warm drinkable temperature.

Enjoy this about an hour before bed, to allow for one last potty break before sleep.

Sip slowly and allow yourself to unwind, think of all the things that brought you joy during the day, take time to express gratitude and get ready for sleep.
