Montreal Spice Blend



4 Tbsp. sea salt

1 Tbsp. paprika

1 Tbsp. onion powder

1 Tbsp. garlic powder

1 Tbsp. dill

1 Tbsp. coriander seeds

2 Tbsp. whole peppercorns

1 Tbsp. Red pepper flakes

1 Tbsp. thyme

1 Tbsp. rosemary

1 Tbsp. fennel seeds


In a small bowl combine all ground spices.

Using a coffee grinder or mortar and pestle grind the remaining spices until fine. (I like to leave mine a little coarse.)

Stir all spices together and store in an airtight glass jar.

Label the jar “Montreal Blend” and include the date you mixed it.
