1 cup frozen corn
2 tomatoes, chopped & seeded
1 avocado, diced
3 green onions, chopped
juice of one lime
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. cumin
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
½ cup cilantro, chopped
Mix all ingredients together in a serving bowl.
Serve with tortilla chips, or toss into a salad.
