Hemp Milk

It’s incredibly easy to make your own hemp milk.

When you choose to make your own milk alternatives, you can choose your ingredients and avoid unnecessary additives or thickeners that are otherwise found in many commercial varieties.

How to Use Hemp Milk

Hemp milk can be used in place of dairy milk or other nut or grain alternative milk and added to your diet in many ways.

It is often a great alternative for those sensitive or with allergies to soy, lactose, grains, and nuts.

Hemp milk has a creamy consistency and excellent protein content. You can drink hemp milk on its own or add it to hot and cold cereal, baked goods, smoothies, and other recipes that call for milk. When using it as a substitute, keep in mind that it has a very different and nuttier flavor.
