¼ cup balsamic vinegar
¼ cup red wine vinegar
¼ cup raw apple cider vinegar
½ tsp. dried mustard
1 tsp. honey
½ tsp. dried thyme
½ tsp. dried basil
½ tsp. dried marjoram
½ tsp. dried oregano
½ tsp. dried parsley
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. fresh ground black pepper
2 cups extra virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
In a blender combine the above ingredients and blend until creamy.
Or add ingredients to a bowl and whisk until combined. Shake well before serving.
