1 apple sliced width-wise, remove the core
2 Tbsp. nut butter, any kind
½ tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. flax meal
1 tsp. rolled oats
Wash apple and cut into thin circular slices, remove center core.
Spread nut butter on half of the slices, sprinkle nut butter with cinnamon, flax meal and oats. Top with another apple slice and enjoy this tasty little sandwich.
If you don’t want your apples to turn brown dip them in some unsweetened canned pineapple juice before making your stackers.
